Ich suche eine/n NachfolgerIn als HauptmieterIn in einer wunderschönen 2er-WG /3Zi) mitten in Freising (nahe Bahnhof). Zur Miete kommen noch die Stadtwerke von ca. €147/Monat. Die Wohnung ist riesig und super geschnitten. Die Küche sowie Waschmaschine können mit Ablöse bleiben (auch gerne einige weitere Möbel nach Absprache). Bis zum 1.8. müsste ich noch mein Klavier stehen lassen. Es gibt eine großzügige Wohnküche und die Wäsche kann auf dem angrenzenden Dachboden getrocknet werden (sehr viel Platz!).
