Gut geschnittene Altbau 2 Zimmer-Wohnung. Auf Wunsch teil-möbeliert, d.h. Bett Kleiderschrank, Küchentisch, Küchenschrank und gerne auch Teller Besteck und so. Die Lage ider Wohnung st super: Zentral am Hermannplatz und trotzdem so leise da Hinterhaus und 4.OG. Zudem sind die Nachbarn sehr entspannt.
Die Wohnung passt also eher für Leute die dortb emütlich Wohnen wollen als für Partypeople.
Ich suche Untermieter weil ich die nächsten 6 Monate aus beruflichen Gründen nicht in Berlin bin.
Achso die Wohnung hat einen Balkon eine Spülmaschine eine Waschmaschine und bei extreme Sympathie gibts auch noch ein Fahrrad dazu.
Direkt am Hermannplatz im 4.OG Hinterhaus. U8 und U7 vor der Tür. Hasenheide Sonnenalle Assam Boulderklub fussläufig erreichbar
