- 3 Zimmer: Großes Wohnzimmer und zwei kleinere Zimmer
- 72 qm
- Souterrain, aber trotzdem schön hell! (Siehe Fotos)
- Einbauküche (nicht mehr die neueste)
- Bad mit Dusche, Badewanne und Fenster
- Kfz-Stellplatz inklusive
- ca. 400€ kalt + 100€ NK (inkl. Heizung) = 500€ warm
Die Wohnung ist in Gifhorn Süd in einer ruhigen Nebenstraße: IAV und andere große Arbeitgeber zu Fuß oder mit dem Rad schnell erreichbar. Auch Bahnhof und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Real, Lidl) sind zu Fuß zu erreichen.
