This apartment is Studentenwerk-owned and located at the Akademische Burse, which is at Goßlerstraße 13 and located on the east side of the central campus. So one who wants to rent this room must be an enrolled student. I had got permission from Studentenwerk to sublet this apartment, so I can authorize the Studentenwerk to deliver the key. This is a two-room fully-furnished flat around 35 square metres. There are many community facilities available in the Akademische Burse, such as library, house pub, music room, table tennis room, laundry room and dryer.
The following parking facilities are available:
a) parking space for cars for 10 euros per month
b) motorcycle parking in the garage for 10 euros per month
c) garage for 20 euros per month.

Out of Akademische Burse is a bus stop, Göttingen Campus. You can reach the State and University Library (SUB) in one minute, the cafeteria in 30 seconds and you need 5 minutes to reach the city centre. There is no more one kilometre away from several supermarkets such as Lidl, Aliman, REWE.
