Thus, the apartment is located in an absolute tranquility- at the same time close to the center location (25 min walk / 10 min by bike to the Jakominiplatz). TU Graz is a short walk away. The apartment also offers beautiful walks, hikes and bike rides and the surrounding hills of Graz.
There are several shops nearby (Spar, Billa, Hofer, DM, Bauernmarkt). The Eisteichgasse (Bim Line 6) and Plüddemanngasse (Bus Line 63) can be reached within a few minutes' walk. In addition, there is one of Tim's E-Carsharing locations at the tram station.
