Ich vermiete meine Studentenwohnung in Graz über die Sommermonate, da ich in dieser Zeit zurück nach Kärnten gehe. Die Wohnung ist komplett möbiliert und wäre von Juli bis September beziehbar, genaue Ein- und Ausziehdaten sind flexibel. Ich wohne hier alleine, also würdest du die Wohnung auch ganz für dich allein haben, natürlich ist sie aber auch für Pärchen geeignet. Die Wohnung selber ist super hell und geräumig. Sie verfügt über einen kleinen Eingangsbereich, einen Abstellraum mit einer Aufhängestange, einem großen Badezimmer mit Dusche und Waschmaschine, einer Wohn-Küche und einem seperaten Schlafzimmer sowie einen Balkon der vom Wohnzimmer sowie vom Schlafzimmer aus begehbar ist. I am renting out my student apartment in Graz over the summer months, as I am going back to Carinthia during this time. The apartment is fully furnished and would be available from July to September, exact move-in and move-out dates are flexible. I live here alone, so you would have the apartment all to yourself, but of course it is also suitable for couples. The apartment itself is super bright and spacious. It has a small entrance area, a storage room with a hanging rail, a large bathroom with shower and washing machine, a living room/kitchen and a separate bedroom as well as a balcony that can be accessed from the living room and the bedroom.
