Das Schlafzimmer verfügt über einen großen Kleiderschrank sowie ein Doppelbett. Die Küche ist vollständig ausgestattet (Ofen, Herdplatten, Waschmaschine, Wasserkocher, Geschirrspüler).
Die Wohnung ist 52 qm im Erdgeschoss, direkt an der Holzmühlenstraße.
Bushaltestelle direkt nebenan, U-Bahn1 Straßburger, 7min zu Fuß erreichbar.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten 1-5min zu Fuß entfernt (Rewe-City, Aldi, Penny).

The apartment is 2-room in the east of Wandsbek-Markt, it is well cut, spacious and very practical with good public transport. The bedroom has a large closet as well as a double bed. The kitchen is fully equipped (oven, stove, washing machine, kettle, dishwasher).
The apartment is 52 sqm on the first floor, directly on Holzmühlenstraße.
Bus stop right next door, subway1 Straßburger, 7min walk.
Shopping facilities 1-5min walk away (Rewe-City, Aldi, Penny).
