Das Zimmer, welches zu vermieten ist, ist circa 16 m² groß und hat eine kleine Abstellkammer, welche auch zum Beispiel als Kleiderschrank genutzt werden kann. (Das Zimmer ist unmöbliert).
Wir haben ein großes Gemeinschafts Wohnzimmer mit Essbereich, Sofaecke mit Fernseher und einer kleinen Bar.
Ebenfalls besitzen wir eine voll ausgestattete Küche (Ofen, Induktionsherd, Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank,…).
Unser Gemeinschafts Bad ist mit einer Dusch- und Badewanne sowie einem Waschtrockner (Waschmaschine und Trockner in einem) ausgestattet.
Die Wohnung liegt im Herzen von der Lemgoer Innenstadt, direkt in der Fußgängerzone.
Bis zur technischen Hochschule sind es circa 1,5 km, zum Busbahnhof circa 600 m und zum Lemgo Bahnhof circa 800 m.
Die nächstgelegene Bushaltestelle, der Waisenhausplatz, ist nur 100 m entfernt.
Eine Abstellmöglichkeit für ein Fahrrad bietet der große Hausflur.
