Während des Monats Februar werde ich aus meiner Wohnung in Lünen ausziehen (heißt von Anfang bis Ende Februar wäre ein Einzug möglich).
Die Wohnung ist ziemlich gemütlich, hat viel Licht und ist sehr geräumig. Die Küche ist mein lieblings Raum und hat eine sehr schöne Aussicht.
Möbel und Küche könnten praktisch so bleiben wie sie auf den Bildern sind und für die Waschmaschine und kleine Spülmaschine (praktisch ein Jahr alt mit Garantie) und die Couch hätte ich gern 800. Die Übernahme anderer Geräte/Möbel wäre wünschenswert und die Preise könnten abgesprochen werden.
Die Vermietung ist entspannt und schnell erreichbar wenn was nötig ist.
Die Wohnung könnte noch etwas Renovierung gebrauchen aber man bekommt halt das, wofür man bezahlt.

Die Wohnung ist Innenstadt nah (10 Min fußläufig bis zum Hauptbahnhof, Krankenhaus oder Innenstadt).
Ein Lidl und ein Rewe sind 5 Min entfernt, sowie andere Geschäfte und viele Restaurants.
Die Nachbarschaft ist entspannt und gemischt (alt und jung, Deutsche und Ausländer).
Es gibt kein Keller. Fahrrad kann man ohne Probleme im Innenhof parken.
Es gibt viel Natur in der Umgebung, schnell mit dem Fahrrad oder zu Fuß erreichbar.
