Schöne moderne Wohnung im 6.OG direkt in Luzern, bestehend aus Flur mit Einbauschränken, großzügigem Badezimmer, zweckmäßiger Küche und einem Wohn-/ Schlafzimmer, von welchem man auf den großen Balkon mit Ausblick auf den Pilatus und Gütsch gehen kann.
Gerne würde ich die Wohnung komplett möbiliert (Schlafcouch/ Sideboard (beides neu Oktober 2019), Tisch, Bank, Spiegel) gegen eine Abschlagszahlung abgeben.
Die Wohnung liegt mitten in Luzern in der Nähe des Kasernenplatzes. Hauptbahnhof und die Altstadt sind in 5 Gehminuten erreichbar, ALDI, Coop und Migros in unmittelbarer Nähe. Bushaltestelle Hirzenhof ca. 150m entfernt.
