Ich suche ab 1.4., 1.5. oder 1.6.2014 eine Wohnung mit kleinem Balkon in Flörsheim in Laufnähe zum Bahnhof.
Kaltmiete bis ca. 380€, warm inkl. Strom nicht mehr als 500€.
Ich bin sehr umgänglich, ordentlich und sauber, nicht laut und Nichtraucherin.
Ein Gehaltsnachweis (Arbeitgeber: Land Hessen) ist natürlich kein Problem.
