Hiermit suchen wir einen Nachmieter für unsere gemütliche 2-Zimmer-Wohnung. Die Wohnung ist ca. 45 qm groß.
Da unsere Vermieterin die Wohnung renovieren möchte suchen wir einen Nachmieter bis 31.01.
Die Wohnung verfügt über einen schönen Holzboden. Parkmöglichenkeiten sind sehr gut.
Für den Zeitraum würden wir die Küche mit Esstisch und Stühlen da lassen und die Couch im Wohnzimmer.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Bahnhofstraße in Neu-Isenburg und ist sehr zentral: Bäcker, Rewe, Cafés und Restaurants sind sehr nah. Das Isenburg Zentrum ist innerhalb von 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.
Die Haltestelle Neu-Isenburg Stadtgrenze ist innerhalb von 7-10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.Von dort aus fährt alle zehn Minuten die Straßenbahn nach Frankfurt (zum Bahnhof ca. 12 Minuten)
Auch gibt es zahlreiche Busse, die nach Frankfurt und zum Flughafen fahren oder zur S-Bahn-Station, worüber die S3 und S4 fährt.
