Wir sind eine Familie mit 2 Kindern und suchen unsere 4-Zimmer-Wohnung am Stadtrand von Paris (Metro Porte de Vanves)gegen ähnliches in Berlin zu tauschen, für das Schuljahr 2012/2013. Unsere Wohnung ist sehr hell, in der 14.Etage eines Hochhauses mit Aufzug und unverstelltem Blick auf den Eiffelturm. Die Wohnung ist möbliert, 2 Kinderzimmer (13 und 6 Jahre), Schlafzimmer und Wohnzimmer, Küche, Wannenbad, unabhängige Toilette. Wlan-Anschluss, Fernsehen, Festnetz ...
Sehr verkehrgünstig gelegen, Metroanschluss Porte de Vanves, Tram, Bus. Eigener Parkplatz vorhanden - Tiefgarage. Malakoff ist ein direkt an das 14. Arrondissement angrenzender Vorort von Paris, viel junge Familien, gemischte Bevölkerung, ruhig und angenehm zum Wohnen. Man ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuss in Paris.
Kontaktaufnahme per Mail. Wir möchten diese Wohnung bevorzugt tauschen, mit einer Familie , die für ein Jahr von Berlin nach Paris kommt, am besten auch mit Kindern. Die Mietkosten sollten nach Möglichkeit auf beiden Seiten wie gehabt weiterlaufen. Wir schicken auf Anfrage gern Photos von der Wohnung zu.
