Hallo,
ich würde zunächst für 1 Monat meine Wohnung in Sigmaringendorf vermieten, ist von der Hochschule mit dem Auto 10 min entfernt. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und wohnen mit im Haus (oben), allerdings ist jeder für sich. Man ist nur ein paar Minuten von der Donau entfernt, wo man gut joggen/spazieren könnte.
Im Dorf gibt es 1 Norma, 3 Bäckereien, 2 Schnellimbisse, 1 Metzger, 1 Post sowie 2 Restaurants.
Die Miete würde warm 350 € kosten (Wasser, Heizung inbegriffen), VB.
Die Wohnung hat ein großes Wohn-/Arbeitszimmer sowie ein etwas kleineres Schlafzimmer, 1 Küche und 1 kleines Kellerabteil mit Waschmaschinenanschluss.
