Die Wohnung kann von dem Zeitraum vom 01.01.2023 bis 30.04.2023 vollmöbliert gemietet werden. Ich werde in diesem Zeitraum in England sein. Sie verfügt über 1,5 Zimmer. Ein großes Zimmer mit Wohnzimmer, großzügiger Küchenzeile und Arbeitsbereich und ein kleines abgetrenntes Zimmer mit Bett und großzügigem Kleiderschrank. Nach Absprache können alle Küchenutensilien verwendet werden. Außerdem würde im Arbeitsbereich auch ein großer Schreibtisch mit Bildschirm zur Verfügung stehen. Im Wohnzimmer gibt es eine ausziehbare Couch (auch für Gäste nutzbar) und einen großen Fernseher. WLAN mit DSL ist ebenfalls nutzbar. Das Bad verfügt über eine Kombination aus Dusche und Badewanne. Außerdem verfügt das Haus über ein großes privates Kellerabteil, in welchem Sachen, wie zB Fahrrad abgestellt werden können. Auch eine Waschmaschine und ein Trockner befinden sich im Keller. Diese sind für alle Mieter des Hauses zugänglich. Alle weiteren notwendigen Gegenstände, wie Putzutensilien (Staubsauger, etc.) würden ebenfalls zur Verfügung stehen. Außerdem gibt es auch einen großen Balkon mit Blick auf den Berg Altkönig. Hier kann auch mit Elektrogrill gegrillt werden.

Die Wohnung hat eine schöne Lage in Steinbach (Taunus) mit Anbindung zur Universität (Campus Riedberg) via Bus (Haltestelle ca. 10 Minuten Fußweg entfernt) und Anbindung zur Innenstadt via S-Bahn (Haltestelle ca. 18 Minuten Fußweg entfernt). Mit der S-Bahn ist man in ca. 13 Minuten am Hbf Frankfurt a. M.. Auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, wie EDEKA, Rewe oder Aldi sind nicht weit entfernt. Apotheken und Restaurants liegen ebenfalls nur ein paar Minuten Fußweg entfernt. Auch mit dem Fahrrad kann man in ca. 15-20 Minuten zum Campus Riedberg gelangen. Dabei hat man eine wunderschöne Sicht auf die Skyline Frankfurts.

Wie bereits erwähnt können neben den Möbeln einige Utensilien in der Wohnung ohne Probleme genutzt werden (nach Absprache, was benötigt werden würde). Neben Küchenutensilien (z.B. Besteck, Teller, Töpfe, etc.) kann z.B. in diesem Zeitraum auch gerne mein Fahrrad genutzt werden. Alles Weitere kann dann gerne bei einer Besichtigung oder Telefonat besprochen werden. Bitte kontaktiert mich erst über WG-gesucht. Der Kautionspreis muss noch mit dem Vermieter besprochen werden. Wahrscheinlich eine einmalige oder doppelte Warmmiete.
