Im Garten gibt es eine Feuerstelle, ein kleines Gartenhäuschen (Spielhäuschen für Kinder), Sandkasten und Schaukel. Ausserdem eine große Fahrradgarage und einen Carport für 2 Autos und einen Schuppen, das man sich alles nach Absprache mit den Mietern aus dem 1. OG teilen kann.
Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen am Fahrradweg von Reutlingen nach Tübingen. In 4 Minuten ist man zu Fuß am Bahnhof und von dort in jeweils 10 min mit dem Zug in Reutlingen und Tübingen.
