Es ist eine Whg., die mit handwerklichen Fähigkeiten gut saniert werden kann und muss und dann ein nettes Umfeld mit Garten und netten Leuten bietet.
Der Bahnhof ist in der Nähe 8 min Fußweg (allerdings auch Bahngleise in der Nähe der Whg.) man fährt 30 min nach Leipzig und 25 min nach Halle.
Eigenleistungen und event. Materialaufwand würde ich mit einen Mietnachlass über einen abgestimmten Zeitraum erlassen.
Die Ofenheizung kann relativ unproblematisch an zentrale Heizung angeschlossen werden, da Leitungsstränge und Brenntwertkessel bereits vorhanden sind.
