Ich suche eine 1-2 Raumwohnung mit EBK in Zwickau ab 1.08. oder 15.8.2013, in den Stadtteilen Marienthal, Mitte oder Innenstadt.
Die Wohnung sollte zwischen 20-50m² sein, eine vollausgestattete EBK und Laminatboden haben. Stellplatz und Balkon/Terrasse wären von Vorteil.
Die Warmmiete sollte 300€ nicht übersteigen.
Eine Katze als Haustier sollte ebenfalls erlaubt sein.
