Gemütliche 1-Zimmer Wohnung in Friedrichshain

Während ein paar Monaten muss ich wegen der Arbeit unterwegs sein, und deshalb suche ich ein Zwischenmieter, der sich um meine Wohnung in Friedrichshain kümmern kann. Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Boxhagener Str. im 1.OG des Vorderhauses. 

Sie hat eine gemütliche kleine Küche mit angeschlossenem Esszimmer. Das Schlafzimmer ist geräumiger und dient auch als Wohnzimmer. In eine Nische im Flur gibt es die Garderobe.

Die Wohnung wurde neulich teilrenoviert. Es bleibt noch einiges zu tun, aber so ist sie schon sehr gemütlich und eignet sich perfekt für einen kurzen Aufenthalt. Sie ist voll möbliert mit Sesseln, Stühlen, Tischen und allem, was man sonst so braucht. 

WLAN vorhanden. Zentralheizung.

Ich suche vor allem jemanden, der auf die Wohnung aufpasst, da sie mir sehr lieb ist und etwas Sorgfalt erfordert


I will be out of town for a couple of months due to work obligations, and so I’m looking for someone who can take care of my flat in Friedrichshain until mid April. The flat is on Boxhagener Str. in the first floor of the front building. 

It has a small but cosy kitchen with an adjoining dining area. The bedroom side is larger and is used as a sitting area as well. There is space to hang and store clothes in the hallway. 

The flat has recently had some renovation work done on it. There are still a few things left to do, nonetheless the flat is very comfortable as is and would be perfect for a stay of a few months. It is fully furnished with armchairs, a sofa, tables, and all the essentials. 

Internet connection.

I am looking in particular for someone who will take good care of the flat while I’m away, as I am very fond of it and would like to know it is in good hands as there are certain things that require special attention.
