Zwischenmiete - Schöne, helle 1 Zi Wohnung mitten in Friedrichshain.

Die Wohnung liegt im Seitenflügel im 4. und obersten Stock. Wir sind ein sehr ruhiges Haus, daher sind Parties und laute Musik bitte gerne im Kiez zu genießen aber nicht in der Wohnung. ;) Die Hausverwaltung ist allerdings nicht ganz so ruhig, da auf den 4. Stock noch ein 5. gebaut wird. Die Bauarbeiten sind zwar im Gange, aber durchaus erträglich was die Lautstärke betrifft. Die Wohnung ist daher trotzdem eher für jemanden der morgens das Haus verlässt und erst gegen Abend wieder heim kommt.

Die Wohnung befindet sich gleich um die Ecke vom Boxhagener Platz und somit sind U-Bahn und Straßenbahn gleich um die Ecke.


The apartment is in the side wing on the 4th and top floor. We are a very quiet house, so parties and loud music are great to enjoy in the neighboring bars and pubs but not in the apartment. ;) Unfortunately the landlord isn’t as quiet since we are getting a new floor on top of the one with the apartment, which means there is some construction work. The flat would therefore be perfect for someone who leaves in the morning and comes back home in the evening.

The apartment is just around the corner from Boxhagener Platz, so the underground and trams are just around the corner.

Ich erwarte einen respektvollen Umgang mit meinen Möbeln und privaten Gegenständen, aber das versteht sich im Grunde von selbst. ;)

The rent and deposit is to be payed in full by getting the keys via instant bank transfer or paypal.
I expect my furniture and private items to be treated with respect, but that basically goes without saying.;)
