Schöne kleine 1-Zimmer Wohnung mit Hochbett im Wohnzimmer und kleinem Gästebett in der Küche. Gemütlich eingerichtet und mitten im quirligen Kiez von Friedrichshain gelegen. Umgeben von Restaurants, Kneipen, Bars, Parks und kleinen Läden findet sich hier alles was man brauch.
Internet, Waschmaschine und ein kleines, helles Bad mit Dusche sind auch vorhanden.
ACHTUNG! Derzeit finden Bauarbeiten am Dach statt, weswegen es zwischen 7.00 und 17.00 zu Lärm über der Wohnung kommen kann. Daher ist die Wohnung besser geeignet für jemanden der tagsüber beim arbeiten ist.
Die Wohnung ist vom 07. - 30. November frei.

Comfortably, fully furnished and located in the middle of the lively Friedrichshain neighborhood. Surrounded by restaurants, pubs, bars, parks and small shops you will find everything you need here.
Internet, washing machine and a bright little bathroom with a shower round up the perfect little apartment.
NOISE! There is construction work going on at the roof why it could be noisy at times between 7.00 and 17.00. The apartment would therefore be better suited for someone who is working during the day.

Die Wohnung liegt im Seitenflügel im 4. und obersten Stock. Wir sind ein sehr ruhiges Haus, daher sind Parties und laute Musik bitte gerne im Kiez zu genießen aber nicht in der Wohnung. ;) Die Hausverwaltung ist allerdings nicht ganz so ruhig, da auf den 4. Stock noch ein 5. gebaut wird. Die Bauarbeiten sind zwar im Gange, aber durchaus erträglich was die Lautstärke betrifft. Die Wohnung ist daher trotzdem eher für jemanden der morgens das Haus verlässt und erst gegen Abend wieder heim kommt.
Die Wohnung befindet sich gleich um die Ecke vom Boxhagener Platz und somit sind U-Bahn und Straßenbahn gleich um die Ecke.
The apartment is in the side wing on the 4th and top floor. We are a very quiet house, so parties and loud music are great to enjoy in the neighboring bars and pubs but not in the apartment. ;) Unfortunately the landlord isn’t as quiet since we are getting a new floor on top of the one with the apartment, which means there is some construction work. The flat would therefore be perfect for someone who leaves in the morning and comes back home in the evening.
The apartment is just around the corner from Boxhagener Platz, so the underground and trams are just around the corner.

I expect my furniture and private items to be treated with respect, but that basically goes without saying.;)
