Zum Rosenthaler Platz läuft man ca. 10 Sekunden. Man hat die Fleicherei, das St. Oberholz, die BioCompany, Rosenburger etc. direkt vor der Tür.
Die Anbindung an ÖPNV ist hervorragend mit M1, M8, 12, U8 (U-Bahn-Eingang auch in 10 Sekunden zu erreichen). Zum Hackeschen Markt oder Alexanderplatz läuft man 10 Minuten. Zum Rosa-Luxemburg-Platz (U2) sind es ca. 8 Minuten.
Zudem fährt ein Bus direkt zum HBF bzw. Ostbahnhof (142)

You have a more than comfortable public transport location. The U8 is directly in front of the door, the bus 142 to Ost- and Hauptbahnhof also. You can walk to Hackescher Markt and Alexanderplatz in 8 to 10 minutes as well as to Rosa-Luxemburg-Platz (U2) in about 5 to 8 minutes.
The trams M1 and M8 are reachable in 30 seconds.
St. Oberholz, BioCompany, Haus am See, Rosenburger, ODessa Bar are reachable in 10 to 60 seconds...
Die Wohnung ist extrem ruhig, da sie im Hinterhaus liegt. Trotzdem hat man das pralle Leben, wenn man vor die Tür geht.
