I'm subletting my wonderful studio for a year that I'm working outside of Berlin. It is fully furnished. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with plates, cutlery, pots and pans etc - everything is ready for you to prepare a nice dinner :) in the spacious room you'll have a bed and a cozy area by the window to relax and read or work and plenty of space for your personal belongings. If you want I can leave the bedding and linen. The room is quite spacious - it is ideal for a single person or a couple (I also shared the apartment with my partner :) )
The bathroom is modern with a washing machine and a shower.
The rent includes all costs (electricity, Wifi, water, heating) except the tv charge of 18 Euro that applies if you want to do the Anmeldung/registration (you'll receive a letter by the administration).
The apartment lies in wonderful Moabit with a lot of cafes and little shops. The area is very safe and it's just the perfect area to live since you have everything around and you're also close to U Bahn Turmstraße - from here you're in Prenzlauer berg and central Berlin in less than 15 min. I loved staying in this neighborhood that's why I'm also keeping the apartment and want to come back next year :)

There's everything you need in the apartment - I can also leave towels, sheets etc. I will take out all my personal stuff so you'll have plenty of space for everything you want to bring
