Hello everybody !
We have an appartement of 37m² (entrance - one room - bathroom - kitchen) almost on Hermannplatz. We would like to rent it last week of May.
The appartement is available 6 nights (starting on Tuesday 28th early morning and we come back the following Monday, June 3rd, in the morning) for 20€ per night. If you stay the 6 nights, we would charge only 100€ so there's one night for free.
There's a mezzanine (high bed) and a
double futon under it, so several people can stay if you don't mind being all in the same room. It's fully furnished + Internet + washing machine and it's bright, warm and sunny.
We live on Sonnenallee very close to Hermannplatz. There are good Ubhan and bus connections. Lots of shops. Between Kreuzberg and Neukölln so we believe it's the best neighbourhood :)
There are lots of bars, restaurants, supermarket, very cheap foodmarkets and delicious 2€ kebabs !
We speak English, French, Italian, Spanish and we can slowly find our way through German.
