Nice place on Weserstraße (parttime)

Hey Leute,
ich vermiete meine Wohnung für etwa 2 Monate unter. Die Wohnung liegt in der Weserstraße sehr schön gelegen, 57 m2, 1,5 Zimmer, Dielen, große Küche, Hinterhaus (sehr ruhig). Ich werde auch ab und zu in der Wohnung sein, aber hauptsächlich hast Du die Wohnung für Dich allein. Ich bin 32 Jahre, koche gerne und geh auch gerne mal aus. Ich suche aber eher nach einer ruhigen Person (zumindest was das feiern zu Hause angeht). Die Wohnung ist ab ca. Anfang April bis ca. Mitte Mai/Juni verfügbar. Genaueres müssten wir dann besprechen. Hey people,
I have a nice place in Neukölln for around 2 month to offer: 57 qm, 1,5 rooms, wooden floor, nice old house and a big kitchen! The appartement is in the back house, so it is really quite. The appartement is furnited. I will also be there every once in a while, but you will have the appartement mostly for yourself. I am 32 years old and like to cook or go out every once in a while. The place is from around beginning of April until Mai/June. We will talk about it when we meet! I prefer a person, that is not a total party freak.
