Vielen Dank fürs Anschauen meines Inserats! Die Wohnung (Altbau) ist insgesamt 48m2 groß und voll möbliert (u.a. Mid Century und Art Deco Einrichtung). Sie ist wie folgt aufgeteilt:
- Geräumiges Wohn- und Schlafzimmer mit Holzdielen, großer Fensterfront
- Balkon mit Sitzgelegenheit und Pflanzen
- Separate, voll ausgestattete Küche mit Sitzgelegenheit und Tisch
- Badezimmer mit Wannenbad, neue Waschmaschine, etc.

Die Wohnung enthält u.a. folgende Möblierung/Ausstattung: Schreibtisch, Lattenrost mit komfortabler Matratze, Extramatratze vorhanden, großer Kleiderständer aus Holz, großes Bücherregal, drei Sessel, Stehlampe, etc.

DSL und Telefonflatrate (nur Inlandsgespräche), Bettzeug, Handtücher, etc. vorhanden. Alle Möbel, Einrichtungsgegenstände, etc. müssten mitgemietet werden (in Gesamtmiete enthalten).

- a spacious living- and bedroom with large wooden floorboards, large windows
- balcony with seating accommodation and plants
- separate, fully equipped kitchen with table and seating
- bathroom with bath tub, new washing mashine, etc.

The apartment has the following furniture/equipment: Desk, slatted frame with comfortable matress, extra matress, big wooden clothes-stand, three armchairs, floor lamp, large book shelf, etc.

DSL internet and telephone flatrate (only domestic calls), linen, towels, etc. available. All furniture and equipment must be rented as well (included in the total rent).
