Helle 1-Zimmer Wohnung im Herzen Kreuzköllns!

Die Wohnung befindet sich direkt zwischen den Stationen Hermannplatz (7 min) und Schönleinstraße (8 min). Vom Hermannplatz fahren die U7, U8 und des Weiteren eine Vielzahl an Bussen in alle Ecken Berlins, beispielsweise ist man mit dem Bus in 17 Minuten direkt am Potsdamer Platz. Von der Station Schönleinstraße fährt ebenfalls die U8 mit der man in 10 Minuten am Alexanderplatz ist. Die Anbindungen sind also wirklich top und ich hatte auch Nachts nie Probleme schnell nach Hause zu kommen.
Die Reuterstraße ist eine Querstraße der Weserstraße, welche in Berlin für ihre vielen Bars mit neuköllner Charme bekannt ist. Wenn man also abends was trinken gehen möchte, muss man keine 5 Minuten laufen und hat eine große Auswahlmöglichkeit an coolen Bars.
Auch die Reuterstraße ist sehr belebt und voller Cafes, Restaurants, Eisdielen, Bars und kleinen Boutiquen.
Da die Wohnung sich im vierten Stock befindet bekommt man drinnen allerdings nichts von den Geräuschen der Straße mit.
Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe: Lidl und Aldi sind 3 Minuten zu Fuß entfehrnt, Penny erreicht man in 4 Minuten und auch einen Edeka gibt es ca. 6 Minuten entfehrnt. Des Weiteren gibt es direkt am Hermannplatz einen Karstadt.

The apartment is located directly between the two stations Hermannplatz (7 minutes) and Schönleinstraße (8 minutes). Hermannplatz is connected to the U7 and U8 and has also a bunch of buslines which lead to all different corners of Berlin. For example it only takes 17 minutes to get to Potsdamer Platz by bus. Schönleinstraße also is connected to the U8 which gets you to Alexanderplatz in 10 minutes. So the location of the apartment is really good and also by night you will never have a problem to get home safely and in time.
Reuterstraße is very close to Weserstraße, which is known for its cool bars typically for Neukölln. If you want to go out for a drink at night you wont have to walk further than 5 minutes and will find a huge variety of cool locations. There are also a bunch of restaurants, cafes, stores, ice cream shops, etc around. Since the apartment is on the forth flour it is however very quiet and you wont here any of the streetnoises when you're cuddled up in bed.
Supermarkets like Aldi, Lidl, Netto and Edeka are all in walking distance.
