31sqm flat in Reinickendorf - close to U6 Scharnweberstrasse

Dear WG-Gesuchters:

I will open my wings soon and wander around the globe for some time.

Hence, my lovely 31sqm Studio in Reinickendorf, which I dearly call "Mauritaniendorf" will be vacant in January (and possibly a tiny bit longer)

For this month, I ask 450€ and 15€ extra per night if we extend it (around middle January I can tell you more precisely when I'd like to go back to my nest)

You'll be the only one occupying the flat.

The flat is located 7 minutes from an Edeka, 10 minutes walk from U-Bahn Station Scharnweberstrasse and 15 minutes from Flughafensee.

Don't expect the hipster vibes of Neukölln or Kreuzberg... The kiez is mostly residential and ideal if you want to take a break from the city centre and be closer to nature. Tegel Forst is also closeby.

I'm also going to be away from Dec 21st until 31st but I'd need to use the flat and sleep here on two nights (on the 24th and on the 31st.) We can arrange something if you don't mind sleeping somewhere else during those two nights.

This place has a special vibe and it would be very happy to be filled with your lovely energy during this winter time :-)

There's Wifi in the flat and a good gas heater.
