Se trata de un apartamento de 1 habitación con una cocina americana, balcón y baño totalmente equipados, en un edificio muy nuevo (2021) frente a la estación Berlin-Südkreuz, que lo hace bien conectado (Ringbahn: S41,S42; BER Airport: S45,S46,Regio; Brandeburger Tör: S2,S25,S26; Hauptbahnhof: Regio, Zoologischer garten: M46; Bus station) y 10 minutos de Schönenberg (Ringbahn + S1).

Un gran supermercado EDEKA entre la estación de Südkreuz y el edificio, además del EDEKA am Bahnhof (abierto también los domingos) da acceso perfecto para comprar comestibles. Gimnasio FitX 5 minutos caminando.

El suelo calienta muy bien la habitación, y una sala de lavandería está disponible en el sótano del edificio, así como una terraza, jardín común / área de café con mesa Fußball, mesa de ping pong, patio de baloncesto y Calistenics fitpark.

Smart TV (Netflix, Prime Video), Wifi y estación de trabajo (dockstation tipo-c con 2 monitores, teclado y ratón) están disponibles e incluidos. No hay costes adicionales para los electrodomésticos.

I am subletting my studio apartment for the short term from 12th July until 31st August 2025 (for more than 7 weeks), as indicated in the dates of the advertisement.

It is a 1 room apartment with an integrated, fully equipped Kitchenette, balcony and bathroom, in a very new building (2021) in front of the Berlin-Südkreuz station, which makes it well connected (Ringbahn: S41,S42; BER Airport: S45,S46,Regio; Brandeburger Tör: S2,S25,S26; Hauptbahnhof: Regio, Zoologischer garten: M46; Bus station) and 10 minutes from Schönenberg (Ringbahn + S1).

A big EDEKA supermarket between the Südkreuz station and the building, plus the EDEKA am Bahnhof (open also on Sundays) gives perfect access to buy groceries. FitX gym 5 minutes walking.

Floor heating warms up the room very well, and a Laundry room is available in the basement of the building, as well as a terrace, common garden/Cafè area with Fußball table, ping pong table, basketball courtyard and Calistenics fitpark.

Smart TV (Netflix, Prime Video), Wifi, and work station (type-c dockstation with 2 monitors, keyboard and mouse) are all available and included. No extra costs for the appliances.
