I'm subletting my big one room apt in Schöneberg, super well located (S Bahn and U Bahn Yorckstrasse are 4-5 minutes away, U Bahn Bülowstrasse is also pretty close (less than 10mins by foot)

You have Rewe, Aldi and Lidl at 5 mins each, and a lot of little markets around. You're also right next to Gleisdreieck Park and close to Victoria Park and Tempelhofer Feld.

The flat is not facing the street, so it's pretty quiet and the windows facing the west, so you'll get some beautiful natural light in the afternoon, and until the sunset.

The flat is on the second floor and is fully furnished. There's a big room that is both the living room and bedroom, a desk, a cozy sofa, and a TV with a Chromecast. There's also a big kitchen, with a washing machine and a little bathroom. It will be available from 21st of June to the 16th of July.

I'm looking for someone responsible who can water my plants while I'm gone and keep everything in order.
