I am subletting my flat in Weißensee for, initially, six months (with a possibility of extension). The flat is newly renovated, very cozy and has brand new furnitures. The flat is on the first floor and has a separate fully equipped kitchen (fridge, electric stove, kettle, microwave), a bathroom, one big room that serves as both a bedroom and a living room, and a French balcony.
The flat is located in a very quiet and well-connected area. It is only 3 minutes walk from Albertinenstrasse tram station (M1, M2, M4, M13, 12, 50) and Edeka supermarket. Next to the house there is Rossman, a few pharmacies, restaurants, bakeries and every Tuesday and Friday there is a food market taking place in Antonplatz in front of Kino Toni that is no more than 5 minutes walk away. Furthermore, the house is very near the lake in Weißensee, Weißer See, that is a nice place to walk, jog and have a coffee by the lake. Please not that NO ANMELDUNG is possible.
