I subrent my beautiful flat in the heart of Berlin. This is a sort of 1.5 room flat (but there is no such option in the ad), more details in the photos and in a personal message.

The terms are flexible - from now until at least December, an extension is possible. I am constantly on the road at the moment, so I want to subrent the flat as soon as possible for a period that is convenient for both you and me.

The flat is on the top floor. It consists of a large studio room as well as an additional room in front of it.
The flat has a kitchen area and a washing machine in the bathroom.
There is also a terrace with a wonderful view: the synagogue, the Berlin cathedral, the Alexanderplatz tower. There is a large loft space for storage. Besides this, there are additional aesthetic and practical pluses that will make your stay in this flat even more enjoyable, but about them in a private message.

The photos show a bit less furniture than the flat has now (a table, a few chairs).

The price for this flat is well below average. All the more important for me that the person who will live in my flat can be trusted. It is important to me to be able to stay in touch with you, although I have no intention of boring you.

Ich vermiete meine schöne Wohnung im Herzen von Berlin. Dies ist eine Art von 1,5-Zimmer-Wohnung (aber die Anzeige hat keine solche Option), mehr Details auf dem Foto und in Privatnachrichten.

Die Mietzeiten sind flexibel - ab sofort bis mindestens Dezember, eine Verlängerung ist möglich. Da ich jetzt ständig unterwegs bin, möchte ich die Wohnung so schnell wie möglich untervermieten, und zwar für einen Zeitraum, der sowohl für Sie als auch für mich günstig ist.

Die Wohnung befindet sich im Dachgeschoss. Es besteht aus einem großen Studioraum, sowie einem großen Vorraum.
Die Wohnung hat einen Küchenteil, das Bad hat eine Waschmaschine. Außerdem gibt es eine Terrasse mit herrlicher Aussicht: Synagoge, Berliner Dom, Alexanderplatzturm. Es gibt einen großen Dachboden-Raum für die Lagerung von Sachen. Darüber hinaus gibt es zusätzliche ästhetische und praktische Pluspunkte, die Ihren Aufenthalt in dieser Wohnung noch angenehmer machen, mehr darüber in einer privaten Nachricht.
