The flat is for rent unto 15th mai or june. Move-in day is flexible but should be in april.

El apartamiento ideal para gente que necesita un sitio para quedarse los próximos semanas. Tiene una pequeña cocina, un baño y un cuarto de apróximado 16 m². Está amuebaldo con todo que necesitas para tu vida cotidiana: Cama, mesa, sillas, refrigador, micro onda, horno, lavadora.
Se aquila hasta 15.5. o junio. La entrada debe ser un día en abril.

Die Wohnung liegt im Viertel, keine Minute von der zentralen Straße "Vor dem Steintor". Man kommt schnell zu fuß zu diversen Kneipen, Schnellrestaurant und kleinen Läden. Der nächste Supermarkt ist ca. 2 Minuten entfernt. Ebenso die nächste Straßenbahnhaltestelle. Die fahrt zur Innenstadt (Domsheide) dauert 7 Minuten mit der Bahn.
Durch die Lage in einer Seitenstraße ist es ruhig in der Wohnung.

The flat is located in the quarter "Viertel" is a central place in Bremen. The mainroad with train connection, bars, shops and supermarket is not even 1 minute off by foot. To the City centre it takes app. a 7 minute tram ride.
The flat is in a clam area due to its position on a side road.

El apartamiento se ubica en el barrio "Viertel", un barrio muy popular y central. Hay varias bares, tiendas y un supermercardo al lado. Sinembargo la calle del apartamiento es tranquila.
Die Hausgemeinschaft ist sehr nett und altermäßig bunt durchwachsen. Sowohl Studenten also auch Familien wohnen dort. Wichtig ist, dass ruhezeiten einhälst.
Zu deinen Aufgaben in der Hausgemeinschaft gehören alle zwei Wochen den Flur im Keller zu reinigen und den Eingangsbereich zu säubern.

There are students as well as families living in the house. The house community is friendly and helpfull. They appreciate that you are quite during night times.
Your responsibilities for the community are cleaning the floor in the basement and the entrace outside.
