Servus zusammen, da ich bereits ausgezogen bin, vermiete ich mein Apartment im Studentenwohnheim Dachau ab sofort bis 27.02 unter. Das Zimmer ist möbliert, Bettwäsche, Handtücher etc. stelle ich.
Strom, Wasser, Heizung, Internet ist alles im Preis von 220 Euro drin. Man hat ein eigenes Bad im Apartment selbst. Die sehr geräumige Küche teilt man sich mit den anderen Studenten auf dem Stockwerk, den Kühlschrank immer zu zweit, alles easy.
Man läuft ca 6 Minuten zum Bahnhof Dachau und ist dann mit dem Regionalzug in 12, mit der S-Bahn in 22 Minuten am Hauptbahnhof.
450 Euro Kaution. Einzug wie gesagt ab sofort möglich.

Zu Fuß ist man in wenigen Minuten am Dachauer Bahnhof, per Regio ist man in 12 Minuten am Hauptbahnhof, per S-Bahn in 22 Minuten. Ist wirklich akzeptabel.
