Die Wohnung hat ein Wohn-/Schlafzimmer, eine separate Küche, ein Badezimmer, einen Flur and einen Keller für Lagerung. Die Wohnung ist voll möbliert und hat ein 140*200 Bett, Schreibtisch, Stuhl, 2er Sofa, Kleiderschrank, Bücherregal, voll ausgestattete Küche, Spülmaschine, usw. Die Wohnung ist nach Nordwest ausgerichtet und liegt tagelang im Sonnenschein.
*Wichtig: Nachmieter (m/w) muss die meisten Möbel mit EUR 900 übernehmen. Ich kann eine detaillierte Möbelliste anbieten, wenn Sie ernstes Interesse haben.

I am looking for a person to take over my lovely apartment starting from 15.August or 01.September 2020, since I will be moving to another German city due to my job change. I moved to this apartment in 2016 and decorated it in a modern way.
The apartment is fully furnished and you can just move in with your suitcase! As a result, new tenant is required to take over the majority of furniture with EUR 900. The apartment includes a living room/bedroom, a separate kitchen with dishwasher, a bathroom, a small corridor and a basement for storage.
Furniture included: a 140*200 bed, a desk with 2 chairs, 2er Sleeping Sofa, a wardrobe, a book shelf, etc. I can provide you with a detailed list of furniture if you are seriously interested in this apartment.

Die Wohnung hat eine super gute Lage. Man erreicht den Südbahnhof innerhalb 8 Minuten zu Fuß. Die Straßenbahn 18, Bus 61 und Bus 45 erreicht man innerhalb 4 Minuten zum Fuß. Man erreicht das Frankfurt Stadtzentrum innerhalb 15 Minuten und den Frankfurter Flughafen innerhalb 30 Minuten mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln.
Es gibt in der Nähe 3 Supermärkte Hit (m.E. der beste Supermarkt in Frankfurt), Aldi und Lidl, die man weniger als 5 Minuten zum Fuß erreicht. Zudem stehen die Bäckerei, Restaurants, Friseur und Bars in der unmittelbaren Nähe zur Verfügung.

The apartment is 8-minute walk to Südbahnhof and 4-minute walk to tram No. 18 and Bus 61 and 45. You can easily reach the Frankfurt city center in 15 minutes and the Frankfurt airport in 30 minutes with the public transportation.
