Hello everyone,
I'm leaving Greifswald for an internship abroad and am looking for a short term tenant from 1.04. until 30.09.2015.
The apartment is fully furnished, it has hard wood floors, a high ceiling, lots of light throughout the day (three windows facing south-west) and a really nice view over Greifswald.
It has a seperate kitchen, with all necessary kitchen equipments and appliances. A seperate bathroom with a shower.
Washing mashines and dryers are found in the building basement and coins for their use are sold by the friendly building manager.
The location is ideal. It takes 5 minutes by foot to get to the city center and 10minutes by foot to get to the university library/clinic.
Just a minute away from the apartment are three supermarkets (2 Nettos and an Aldi) and a new organic supermarket just opened up as well.
If you're here by car, there is a private parking spot in the back of the building. Storage room for bikes is also available.
Smoking and pets are not allowed in the apartment.
