Mein wunderschönes 31qm Apartment ist vollmöbliert und ausgestattet. Alles vorhanden von Pfannen bis Töpfen, Besteckset, Tellerset, Trinkgläser, Weingläser, Backofen, Kaffemaschine, Waschmachine (+Trockner), ein paar Grundnahrungsmittel ebenfalls, etc.

Since I am traveling outside Heidelberg between October and December, I am looking for a subtenant who is in Heidelberg for housing or short trips / business and who are looking for a place to stay.
My beautiful 31sqm apartment is fully furnished and equipped. Everything available from pans to pots, cutlery set, plate set, drinking glasses, wine glasses, oven, coffee machine, washing machine (+dryer), a few basic foods also, etc.

Kaufland, DM, Edeka, Cafés, Restaurants, Apotheke und Hausarzt sind in 5-10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.
Der Bahnhof Dossenheim Nord ist 3 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.
Mit der Straßenbahn kann man in ca.15 Minuten zu Bismarkplatz fahren.
Mit dem Fahrrad ist die Universität oder DKFZ in Neuenheiner Feld in ca.15 Minuten erreichbar.
