Hello! I'm Sofia, I'm from Argentina and I'm about to definitely leave my apartment in Colonia. I'm looking for someone to keep my apartment and my things. The date to leave is flexible between September 1 and September 15. How I move from country I would like to leave all my belongings that include: kitchen and oven, dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator, blender, coffee machine, kitchen instruments, vacuum cleaner, bed (with two extra mattresses), closet, bedside table (2), mirror, table and more furniture. For which I ask for a value of €1,500.

The apartment is in perfect condition, great location near Florastasse and lohsestrasse. Ideally for someone who stays in cologne for a long time. It would also be ideal for you to speak German to communicate with the owner of the property.

The rental value at this time is €660 (the value for the new tenant has not yet been updated). I also have an electricity and gas contract until January, which together has a value of €100.
