The date to leave is flexible between September 1 and September 15. For which I ask for a value of €1,500.
The apartment is in perfect condition, great location near Florastasse and lohsestrasse. Ideally for someone who stays in cologne for a long time. It would also be ideal for you to speak German to communicate with the owner of the property.
