Ich vermiete meinen Bungalow im Olympischen Dorf in München für einen Monat unter. Dabei handelt es sich um eine subventionierte Studentenwohnung. Daher muss der/die MieterIn einen gültige Immatrikulationsbescheinigung einer Münchner Universität vorlegen.
Die Wohnung ist standardmäßig möbliert, die Farbe der Möbel ist blau.
Bei Anfragen die Nachricht bitte immer mit den Worten "Immatrikulationsbescheinigung vorhanden" starten, damit ich gleich ungültige Anfragen aussortieren kann.
