Die Wohnung liegt 6min zu Fuß von U-Bahn-Haltestelle „Löwentorbrücke“ entfernt, dort fahren die Linien U6, U7 & U15 (auch Nachtbus) und du bist innerhalb von 3 Stationen am Hauptbahnhof (insgesamt 15-20min zur Uni). 2min von dir entfernt ist die Bushaltestelle „Höhenfreibad“ oder 8min zu Fuß entfernt die S-Bahn-Haltestelle „Nordbahnhof“.
Direkt vor deiner Haustür liegt der Wartberg- und der Killesbergpark, ein Stückchen weiter gelangst du zu Fuß in den Rosensteinpark und kannst lange Spaziergänge machen.
Mit dem Bus bist du in 5min beim Aldi und Edeka am Killesberg oder in 10min zu Fuß.
Die Lage ist also schön ruhig, aber dennoch zentral und du kannst viel unternehmen.

The apartment is a 6-minute walk from the “Löwentorbrücke” underground station, where the lines U6, U7 & U15 (also night bus) go and you are within 3 stations of the main train station (15-20 minutes to the university in total). The “Höhenfreibad” bus stop is 2 minutes away from you or the “Nordbahnhof” S-Bahn station is 8 minutes away on foot.
The Wartberg and Killesberg parks are right on your doorstep, a little further you can walk to the Rosenstein park and go for long walks.
You can reach Aldi and Edeka at Killesberg in 5 minutes by bus or walk in 10 minutes.
So the location is nice and quiet, but still central and you can do a lot.

Ich studiere an der Universität Stuttgart und gehe ab Februar für mein Auslandssemester einige Monate nach Australien.
Für diese Zeit suche ich Dich als Zwischenmieter :)

Den Großteil meiner Möbel werde ich dir in der Wohnung lassen. In der Küche gibt es auch eine neue Waschmaschine und Platz zum Wäsche trocknen.
Schnelles Internet und GEZ-Gebühren sind in den Nebenkosten enthalten.
Wichtig ist, die Wohnung ist eine Nicht-Raucher Wohnung.
