Deine Wohnung ist eine Einliegerwohnung mit privatem Zugang und einem kleinen Gartenstück. Damit hast du deine Privatsphäre und kannst dich jederzeit nach Draußen setzen und die frische Luft genießen.
Über einen geräumigen Flur mit viel Platz für eine Garderobe, kommst du in die Wohnung.
Dein Schlafzimmer ist 17,5qm groß und hat eine große Fenster Reihe Richtung Osten und Süden, wodurch tagsüber viel Licht in die Wohnung kommt und es im Sommer aber trotzdem kühl bleibt. Ein 2. Flur mit großem Spiegelschrank bietet viel Platz für alle deine Sachen. Das Bad ist ausgestattet klassisch mit einem WC, Waschbecken, einem kleinen Fenster zum Lüften und einer Duschbadewanne :)
Die Küche ist komplett neu und hat Platz für einen kleinen, süßen Essbereich.

Your apartment is a granny flat with private access and a small piece of garden. This gives you your privacy and you can sit outside at any time and enjoy the fresh air.
You enter the apartment via a spacious hallway with plenty of space for a wardrobe.
Your bedroom is 17.5 square meters and has a large row of windows facing east and south, which means that there is plenty of light in the apartment during the day and it still stays cool in the summer. A second hallway with a large mirrored cabinet offers plenty of space for all your belongings. The bathroom is classically equipped with a toilet, sink, a small window for ventilation and a shower tub :)
The kitchen is completely new and has space for a small, cute dining area.
Die Wohnung liegt 6min zu Fuß von U-Bahn-Haltestelle „Löwentorbrücke“ entfernt, dort fahren die Linien U6, U7 & U15 (auch Nachtbus) und du bist innerhalb von 3 Stationen am Hauptbahnhof (insgesamt 15-20min zur Uni). 2min von dir entfernt ist die Bushaltestelle „Höhenfreibad“ oder 8min zu Fuß entfernt die S-Bahn-Haltestelle „Nordbahnhof“.
Direkt vor deiner Haustür liegt der Wartberg- und der Killesbergpark, ein Stückchen weiter gelangst du zu Fuß in den Rosensteinpark und kannst lange Spaziergänge machen.
Mit dem Bus bist du in 5min beim Aldi und Edeka am Killesberg oder in 10min zu Fuß.
Die Lage ist also schön ruhig, aber dennoch zentral und du kannst viel unternehmen.
The apartment is a 6-minute walk from the “Löwentorbrücke” underground station, where the lines U6, U7 & U15 (also night bus) go and you are within 3 stations of the main train station (15-20 minutes to the university in total). The “Höhenfreibad” bus stop is 2 minutes away from you or the “Nordbahnhof” S-Bahn station is 8 minutes away on foot.
The Wartberg and Killesberg parks are right on your doorstep, a little further you can walk to the Rosenstein park and go for long walks.
You can reach Aldi and Edeka at Killesberg in 5 minutes by bus or walk in 10 minutes.
So the location is nice and quiet, but still central and you can do a lot.

Den Großteil meiner Möbel werde ich dir in der Wohnung lassen. In der Küche gibt es auch eine neue Waschmaschine und Platz zum Wäsche trocknen.
Schnelles Internet und GEZ-Gebühren sind in den Nebenkosten enthalten.
Wichtig ist, die Wohnung ist eine Nicht-Raucher Wohnung.

I'm studying at the University of Stuttgart and will be going to Australia for a few months from February for my semester abroad.
