Hallo, ich vermiete meine Wohnung unter für 2,5 Monate oder kürzer: renovierte helle 1-Zimmerwohnung, 26 qm im Plattenbau in der Makarenkostrasse. teilmöbliert (Bett 90 cm Breite, Tisch, 1 Sessel, Stühle, kein Kleiderschrank). Den ganzen Tag Sonne im Zimmer (wenn die Sonne scheint). In dem Zimmer gibt es eine Küchenzeile mit Kühlschrank, es gibt einen kleinen Flur und ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne. Es gibt leider keinen DSL-Anschluss: da ich immer nur selten da war, habe ich einen Surfstick benutzt. Das hat sehr gut funktioniert. Sämtliche Möbel können im Keller verschwinden, falls man sich lieber selbst einrichten möchte. Kabelfernsehanschluß vorhanden.
Die Wohnung ist ab 18.9. frei bis Ende Oktober 2015.
Hi, I am subletting my flat: very sunny renovated one room apartment with integrated kitchen, 26 qm in Makarenkostrasse. There is a bed 90 cm width, a big table, an armchair, chairs, a bath tub, fridge, a small corridor but no wardrobe, no washing mashine (but a connection for it) and no DSL. I always used a O2 Surfstick. The flat is available from September, 18 until the end of October 2015.
