Hallo ihr Suchenden,
Ich werde aufgrund meiner Arbeit bereis 2 Monate vor Vertragsablauf meine WG verlassen, daher suche ich ab sofort ein(e) ZwischenmieterIn :-)
Die WG und das Zimmer sind vollmöbliert und du bräuchtest nur deine eigenen Bettbezüge.
Neben der Miete über die 2 Monate könnte auch über eine Wöchentliche nachgedacht werden :-)
Von der WG brauchst du 2 min zum Westbahnhof bzw. Bus mit dem FH und Uni in 2-3 Haltestellen zu erreichen sind. Desweiteren braucht man jeweils nur etwa 5 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad zu Uni und FH.
Die Wg besteht aus Linda, Marlen und David welche alle aktiv am WG-Leben teilhaben aber durchweg eher ruhigere Typen. Größere WG Partys feiern wir nicht da meistens einer am nächsten Tag früh raus muss.
