Room in awesome shared apartment in the heart of Reudnitz

Die WG liegt im Herzen von Reudnitz. Von hier aus ist man schnell mit dem Fahrrad in der Stadt (ca. 3km). Die nächste Straßenbahnhaltestelle ist in 3min zu erreichen, und Kaufland, Post, Rossmann, Penny und der Lene-Voigt-Park sind gleich um die Ecke. Auch zum Hauptcampus der Uni kommt man sehr fix (8 min Fahrrad, 10 min Straßenbahn (4, 7) und 30 min zu Fuß).

The WG lies in the heart of Reudnitz. From here you can easily reach the city by bike as it is only 3km away. The closest bus/tram station is about 400m away, so is Kaufland, the post office, Rossmann, Penny and the Lene-Voigt-Park. To the main uni campus it is only 8 minutes per bike, 10mins by tram (4, 7) and 30 mins walking.

Florian ist Nicht-Raucher und Viri verlässt zum Rauchen die Wohnung. Dass bei uns in der Wohnung nicht geraucht wird, ist uns sehr wichtig.
Florian (26) ist bereits berufstätig, arbeitet als wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter an der HTWK. Er verbringt viel Zeit draußen, ist gerne mit Freunden unterwegs und (quasi) jederzeit für ein entspanntes Bier zu haben.
Viri (32) studiert Global Studies im Master. Sie kommt gebürtig aus Mexiko und hat eine sehr herzliche Art.
Beide sind sehr freundlich und sprechen Deutsch und English und Viri zusätzlich muttersprachlich Spanisch 😊.

Einmal in der Woche machen wir einen Kochabend mit Freunden und Kollegen (sind nicht so viele, wie es vielleicht klingt). Ihr seid dann gerne dazu eingeladen, aber wer das nicht möchte, wird auch nicht gezwungen. Wir verbringen ziemlich viel Zeit zusammen, vorrangig chillen und Serien gucken und sind daher definitiv keine Zweck-WG.

Florian is a non-smoker and Viri leaves the flat when she wants to smoke. For us, it is very important that no-one smokes inside the flat.
Florian (26) works as a research assistant at the HTWK. He spends a lot of time outside, likes to be with friends, and is usually available for a relaxing beer or coffee.
Viri (32) studies Global Studies in the master's program. Originally, she is from Mexico and is very cordial.
Both are very friendly and speak German and English, and Viri also speaks Spanish.

Once a week we have a night where we cook and invite over some friends for food and a movie, to which you are of course welcome. We both spend quite a bit of time together just hanging out and watching TV series, so we are definitely a social WG.

Wir suchen jemand etwa in unserem Alter, der schon eine Weile von Zuhause raus ist und sich mit WGs auskennt. Wir sind beide relativ ruhig, also keine exessiven Party-Typen! Trotzdem sind wir sehr lustig, blödeln häufig herum und sind allgemein ziemlich locker und entspannt.

We are looking for someone in our age range, who has been on their own for some time and knows what it is like to live in a shared apartment. We are both pretty relaxed and quiet, so definitely not looking for a party person! Nevertheless, we are fun, pretty chill, laid-back, and love to make stupid jokes.
