I rent out a very bright and spacious and newly renovated room (new oak parquet, new kitchen) with 6sqm terrace, big bathroom and kitchen. The price is for one person - if there are more people staying, we will find an agreement concerning the additional costs.
It's a very cosy top floor apartment with a great view over Neukölln and Berlin - you can even see the famous Berlin TV Tower from the kitchen window. Your room faces south so you have sun all day long.
The room has a double bed (1,60 m). The bed has a very comfortable matress. There is a table/desk, a couch, several chairs and a wardrobe in the room.
It would be very good if you had a liability insurance as mine doesn't pay if there are other people in the apartment. Please mention in your message whether you have one or not.

The apartment is located on a very quiet street in the very heart of Neukölln, surrounded by a great selection of shops, cafés, restaurants and bars. The area has a vibrant and multicultural atmosphere both day and night.
The next subway stations are only 4-5 minutes by foot (lines U7 Rathaus Neukölln and U8 Boddinstraße) and will bring you to Mitte or Charlottenburg in only 10-15 minutes.
The airports are both about 40 minutes away and well connected through the U7 line.

Respectful interaction with each other and with the apartment and furniture is very important to me.
