Due to the reason of changing job, I want to exchange my lovely room in the center of Charlottenburg with a flat somewhere in Neukölln / Kreuzberg, preferably a 1-Raum-Wohnung, WG room is ok too. Rent better under 650 euros.
My room is in an Altbau building, has a beautiful garden below. My window is far away from the side of the street. so it's very quiet. The apartment is fully furnished. It can be rented for the long or short term. Anmeldung is possible. The roommate is a friendly and tidy girl who is working in Berlin.
The rent is Warmmiete 450euro per month, includes everything, WIFI, Water and electricity...
The room is very close to S-Bahn station Charlottenburg (2 minutes walk), Ubahn station (4 minutes walk), surrounded by lots of shopping malls, supermarkets, restaurants, and cafes.
