Das Zimmer ist möbliert, es gibt ein Hochbett, Schreibtisch und einen Schrank. Das Zimmer hat 15qm und zwei große Fenster, durch die nachmittags die Sonne scheint. Mietbeginn ist der 01.07., aber du könntest auch etwas früher einziehen, ich bin flexibel. Sonst gibt es zum Zimmer nicht so viel zu sagen, ich habe hier nur im Sommer gewohnt, mir aber von der Vormieterin sagen lassen, dass man hier im Winter auch nicht frieren muss und die Heizung ganz ordentlich funktioniert. Bei weiteren Fragen melde dich gerne.
The room is furnished, there are a bunk bed, a desk and a closet. Apart from that, there is not much to say about the room, it has 15 m2 and two big windows facing west, so you can enjoy the afternoon sun. The room is free starting from July 1, but you could also move in some days prior if you want to. If you have any further questions, please let me know!
Die Wohnung liegt direkt nördlich des Damenviertels bei der Straßenbahnhaltestelle Nordschule. Hier fährt während der Hauptzeiten unter der Woche so alle 10 Minuten die Bahn in Richtung Lobeda-West und Zwätzen. Man geht zur Tür raus und ist quasi direkt an der Haltestelle. Der einzige Nachteil davon ist, dass man die Bahn auch etwas im Zimmer hört. Mit dem Fahrrad sind es 5 Minuten in die Innenstadt, zu Fuß braucht man etwas länger. In puncto Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es um die Ecke einen Lidl, und in nördlicher Richtung nach 5 Minuten Radfahren einen Rewe. Die ganzen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Innenstadt sind wie oben schon gesagt auch schnell zu erreichen.
The apartment is located directly north of the Damenviertel at the metro stop Nordschule. During the week, the metro between Lobeda-West to Zwätzen drives by every 10 minutes. The metro stop is directly next to the building, so you have to walk for one minute to get there. There are two supermarkets nearby, Lidl around the corner, and Rewe up the street, getting there takes 5 minutes by bike. The city center with all its possibilities for shopping is ca. a 10 minute walk away, 5 minutes by bike.
Neben dir werden noch Angelina, studiert Kommunikationswissenschaft, Levin, studiert Physik und Tabea, studiert Wirtschaftswissenschaften hier wohnen. Das WG-Leben ist echt angenehm, für einen kurzen Talk in der Küche oder auf dem Balkon sind die Leute immer offen. Wir haben auch einen Putzplan, das funktioniert ganz gut. Die große Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, wir haben sogar eine Spülmaschine! :D

Your flatmates will be Angelina, she studies communication science, Levin, who studies physics and Tabea, who studies economics. Living together has been really chill, with these people always being open for a nice chat in the kitchen or at the balkony. We also have a cleaning organizer, that works out pretty well so everyone does their part. In our kitchen, you can find all the equipment you might need, we even have a dishwasher :D

In der oben genannten Miete sind noch nicht die Kosten für Internet und Strom mit einbezogen, diese werden separat bezahlt und es handelt sich um ca. 30€ pro Monat.
