Das Wichtigste zuerst: Das Zimmer. Das Zimmer ist ca. 14 qm groß, die gesamte Wohnung ca. 80 qm. Die Ausrichtung ist südlich, wodurch die Sonne ab Mittag sehr schön in das Zimmer scheint und es erhellt.
Ich würde gerne einige meiner Möbel im Zimmer belassen und dir und mir dadurch einiges an Schlepparbeit erparen. Das wäre zum Einen mein 1,40m Bett (weiß, Ikea) + Matraze und zum anderen mein Schreibtisch + Stuhl (alles Ikea). Die Möbel sind auch alle leicht genug um sie lokcer zu zweit im Raum zu verschieben und so die Raumaufteilung ganz nach deinen Wünschen zu gestalten. Und genug Platz im Zimmer, damit man sich gemütlich zusammensetzen oder Sport machen kann bleibt auch noch.
Die Wohnung an sich bietet alles was man braucht und noch viel mehr. Toilette und Bad sind getrennt, was bei mehreren Mitbwohnerinnen ein großer Vorteil ist. Nebst der Küche (mit Spülmaschine!) haben wir noch eine Speisekammer, was ein großes Plus an Platz bringt und einen schönen Balkon mit sehr schöner Aussicht.
First things first: the room. The room is about 14 square meters, the entire apartment is about 80 square meters. The orientation is south, which means that the sun shines beautifully into the room from midday onwards and brightens it up.
I would like to leave some of my furniture in the room and save you and me a lot of lugging around. That would be, on the one hand, my 1.40m bed (white, Ikea) + mattress and, on the other hand, my desk + chair (all Ikea). The furniture is also all light enough to be easily moved around the room by two people and thus design the room layout according to your wishes. And there is still enough space in the room so that you can sit together comfortably or do sports.
The apartment itself offers everything you need and much more. The toilet and bathroom are separate, which is a big advantage if you have several roommates. In addition to the kitchen (with dishwasher!) we also have a pantry, which adds a lot of space and a nice balcony with a beautiful view.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist extrem gut. Die Tram (kommt tagsüber im 10 Minuten Takt) startet ganz in der Nähe und man braucht mit dieser gerade einmal 10 Minuten in die Innenstadt. Auch Busse (70 und 74) kommen alle paar Minuten. Zum Völkerschlachtdenkmal ist man auch in 10 Minuten gelaufen, auch Parks sind ebenso weit weg oder nur ein wenig weiter. Zudem sind mehrere Supermärkte ganz in der Nähe (Laufzeit < 5 min) oder schnell mit Bus/Bahn zu erreichen. Besser angebunden kannst du also gar nicht sein.
Falls du ein Auto hast bieten sich in direkter Nähe viele Möglichkeiten um dein Auto kostenlos abzustellen.
The location of the apartment is extremely good. The tram (arrives every 10 minutes during the day) starts nearby and takes just 10 minutes to get to the city center. Buses (70 and 74) also come every few minutes. You can also walk to the Battle of the Nations Monument in 10 minutes, and parks are just as far away or just a little further away. There are also several supermarkets nearby (travel time < 5 minutes) or can be reached quickly by bus/train.
If you have a car, there are many options in the immediate vicinity to park your car for free.

Als WG haben wir ein sehr entspanntes zusammenleben. Es passiert oft, dass man sich spontan auf dem Flur über den Weg läuft oder beim Kochen miteinander quatscht. Wir sitzen auch mal gerne zusammen, um uns auszutauschen und haben so häufig schöne Abende. Es arbeiten allerdings auch alle Bewohnerinnen, weswegen wir nicht jeden Abend zusammen sitzen. Und falls man Mal Zeit für sich braucht ist das kein Problem.
Die Mitbewohnerinnen
Emely
Die Jüngste im Bunde ist Emely (21). Sie studiert Tourismusmanagement und arbeitet nebenbei im Hotel. Sie ist sehr kreativ unterwegs und gießt sich zum Beispiel selber Kerzen oder zeichnet gerne. Auch ist sie eine sehr talentierte Hobbyfotographin und veranstaltet mit ihren Freunden (nicht in der Wohnung) Fotoshootings. Ihr Musikgeschmack ist eher fragwürdig (von Schlager bis Metal ist alles dabei – auf einer Playlist) und sorgt immer wieder für Lacher auf dem Flur.
Mandy
Mandy (24) studiert ebenfalls Tourismusmanagement im Bachelor und absolviert derzeit ein Praktikum. Danach steht ihre Bachelorarbeit an. Sie spielt sehr gerne (Beach) Volleyball und engagiert sich auch im Verein. Auch liest sie gerne und viel und schaut gerne Serien / Filme.
Jetzt fehlst also noch du - und eine vierte Person für ein kleineres Zimmer.
Wir suchen derzeit 2 Mitbewohnerinnen, was heißt, dass du gerne Teil des weiteren Entscheidungsprozesses sein kannst, aber nicht musst. Alternativ, falls ihr vielleicht gerade zu Zweit eine Wohnung sucht, stellt euch gerne zu zweit vor.
In our shared apartment, we have a very relaxed coexistence. It often happens that we spontaneously run into each other in the hallway or chat while cooking together. We also like to sit together to exchange thoughts and often have enjoyable evenings. However, since all the residents work, we don't sit together every night. And if someone needs some time alone, that's not a problem.
The Roommates
Emely
The youngest among us is Emely (21). She is studying tourism management and works part-time at a hotel. She is very creative and enjoys making her own candles or drawing. She is also a talented hobby photographer and organizes photo shoots with her friends (not in the apartment). Her music taste is somewhat questionable (ranging from Schlager to Metal – all on one playlist) and often brings laughter to the hallway.
Mandy
Mandy (24) is also studying tourism management in her bachelor's program and is currently doing an internship. Her bachelor's thesis is up next. She loves playing (beach) volleyball and is actively involved in a club. Additionally, she enjoys reading a lot and watching series/movies.
Now, it's your turn - and we're looking for a fourth person for a smaller room.
Currently, we are searching for two more roommates. This means that you are welcome to be part of the decision-making process, but it's not obligatory. Alternatively, if you and someone else are currently looking for an apartment together, feel free to introduce yourselves as a pair.
