La ubicación es muy conveniente. El bushof está a unos 2 minutos a pie y la mayoría de las rutas de autobús vienen allí. Para aquellos que estudian en RWTH los edificios principales también están a unos 10-20 minutos a pie, por lo que si usted duerme en usted todavía puede cortarlo cerca.

The location is quite convenient. The bushof is about 2 mins away on foot and most bus routes come by there. For those studying at RWTH the main buildings are also about 10-20 min away on foot, so if you sleep in you can still cut it close.

You would be living with Taryn from malaysia. She is 21 years old and is currently doing her bachelors in Mechanical Engineering. We’re looking for someone who can match her quiet living. No extremely loud music and no parties in the house. The house is partly communal. Some common amenities (e.g. Salt, soap, etc) are shared. Their cost, likewise. There is also a weekly cleaning plan.

El alquiler total es de 495€ (alquiler caliente) y un pago anticipado de tarifa plana de 100€, es decir, un total de 595€ (incl. todo) también hay un acuerdo de desprendimiento (la cantidad exacta sigue) para la cocina, otros artículos comunes (por ejemplo, la lavadora) y algunos muebles en la habitación privada. El precio puede ser negociado.

Debido a que estoy en una prisa voy a dejar mis muebles, ya que buscar allí será una cuota para electrodomésticos y muebles. Aún no se ha decidido y se puede discutir.
